เงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้า

สำหรับลูกค้าในประเทศไทย ถ้ารายการสินค้าที้ได้รับไม่ตรงตามรายการที่สั่งไว้ ให้ติดต่อมาทางเรา ภายใน 7 วันนับจากวันที่คุณได้รับสินค้า เพื่อตรวจสอบและดำเนินการเปลี่ยนสินค้าให้ตรงกับรายการที่ได้สั่งไว้ โดยสินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพเดิมไม่มีการใช้งาน ท่านต้องส่งคืนสินค้านั้นกลับคืนมาทางเรา โดยค่าขนส่งที่ลูกค้าต้องจ่าย เราจะชดเชยโดยท่านสามารถเลือกคือ 1. เราจะเพิ่มสินค้าให้เท่ากับค่าขนส่ง หรือ 2. คืนเงินค่าขนส่งเท่ากับจำนวนค่าขนส่งจริง

สำหรับลูกค้าต่างประเทศ ถ้ารายการสินค้าที้ได้รับไม่ตรงตามรายการที่สั่งไว้ ให้ติดต่อมาทางเรา ภายใน 15 วันนับจากวันที่คุณได้รับสินค้า เพื่อตรวจสอบและดำเนินการเปลี่ยนสินค้าให้ตรงกับรายการที่ได้สั่งไว้ โดยสินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพเดิมไม่มีการใช้งาน ท่านต้องส่งคืนสินค้านั้นกลับคืนมาทางเรา โดยค่าขนส่งที่ลูกค้าต้องจ่าย เราจะชดเชยโดยท่านสามารถเลือกคือ 1. เราจะเพิ่มสินค้าให้เท่ากับค่าขนส่ง หรือ 2. คืนเงินค่าขนส่งเท่ากับจำนวนค่าขนส่งจริง

หมายเหตุ : การชดเชยค่าขนส่งในการส่งสินค้ากลับ ท่านต้องแสดงหลักฐานในการจ่ายตามจริง
